Natasha McCollum, Founder/Executive Director
Natasha spent her youth in the communities of Worthington and Eastgate. She belonged to Rock of Faith Baptist Church as a child and became a member of St. Paul A.M.E as a preteen. She has been immensely involved as a volunteer and youth leader in both congregations throughout her entire life. Natasha began her educational journey at Columbus School for Girls in Bexley, Ohio. Natasha attended Bishop Hartley High School and Graduated from Eastmoor High School in 1998. Natasha attended Wilberforce University and Baker College of Auburn Hills in pursuit of a Degree in Marketing. Natasha’s experience ranges from the fields of customer service, health care and she held her State Life and Health License in Insurance for 12 years. Her love for her community and for children inspired her to start Be Legendary Enterprises, Inc in 2021. She has cultivated a team of professional, creative and hard-working individuals to help make Be Legendary a juggernaut for lasting change in our culture and community.
Estaban Weaver, Co-Founder/Executive Director
Estaban is a native of Columbus, Ohio and a graduate of Independence High School. Estaban attended Central State University studying Physical Education where he then started mentoring and coaching youth in basketball. On and off the court this living Legend has established Random Acts of Kindness Pop Ups to give back to the community along with attending various speaking engagements to inspire the next generation in education, sports, technology, and how to persevere through life triumphs. Within his own personal encounters Estaban understands the importance pouring into our youth to prevent recidivism and providing a fun, safe, and structured culture along with striving for change. The goal of launching Be Legendary Enterprise, Inc a non-profit organization is to benefit the community and family with sound mind.
Donita Brittman, Director
Donita Brittman is a Native of Covington, Virginia and second home to Columbus, Ohio. Donita is a graduate of Marion-Franklin High School & Fort Hayes Career Center of Columbus, Ohio. Donita is a Professional Administrator Certified Work Incentives Coordinator CWIC, and a Social Justice Advocate through the State of Ohio as well as the State of Virginia. Donita earned her B.A. Degree in Mental Health & Substance Abuse Counseling with Ohio Christian University in 2018, along with successful completion of Turner School of Construction Management for Emerging Minority & Women-Owned Business in 2022. Donita has over 20 years’ experience working in the Financial Sector as District Manager providing Professional Tax and Loan Processing services where, she later became a Certified Ohio Benefit Bank Counselor for Non-Profit. Donita began her career working on a grant funded Federal and State program as an AmeriCorps Service Member with Big Brothers Big Sister of Central Ohio in the Project Mentor Program. Donita has grown in her Professional endeavors and has been chosen to lead Be Legendary Enterprises, Inc as Director.
Jerrid Hall, Assistant Director/Creative Director
Jerrid is a native of Youngstown, Ohio and second son of Columbus. Graduate of Wilson High School, Jerrid continued his education with Youngstown State University and Columbus State Community College. His roots run deep in the Central Ohio region as well as surrounding cities within Ohio when it comes to the creative community. Perfecting his craft in music production, event promotion, graphic design, and thriving in entrepreneurship, Jerrid has used his talent as well as experience to enrich the culture while supporting others. Jerrid recognizes the deficiencies of the inner city and understands that organizations like Be Legendary can be a part of the remedy for youth in Ohio and across the country.
